However, focusing solely on potential risks could overshadow the numerous benefits and breakthroughs that AI has brought to various industries, including healthcare, finance, and transportation. AI systems have the potential to transform lives, improve efficiency, and solve complex problems. AI megasystems, which emerge from the interactions of multiple AGIs, have been cited as a potential risk. However, as AI continues to evolve, researchers and developers are also becoming more adept at understanding and managing these systems. AI developers are constantly learning from their creations, improving AI's safety and reliability. In the case of GPT-4, for example, the developers have been able to gain insights from user feedback and alter certain characteristics to make it safer. Such measures will result in fragmented pockets of AI development, devoid of creative innovations. This disjointed landscape breeds unpredictability and heightened risk to AI advancement. Embracing an open and 'wild' approach, where AI developers actively share their insights and collaborate, propels AI progress while minimizing potential hazards. AI is pushings the boundaries of human knowledge and capabilities. Emphasizing restrictions and regulations at best dilute the positive impact and at the worse place the evolution of the greatest advancement in technology since the wheel, under the influence of self-motivated individuals. At this point, AI Anarchy is the most productive and realistic approach.
