We're going to look at everything from how much energy it takes to generate an Ai image, to how the Pope regards artificial intelligence.

Jobs and corporate culture seem to go hand on hand - Ai is intensifying both the shift in occupations and the meaning of 'corporate culture'. For me, corporate culture is jus another form of a bad cult. Employees buy into it, like they do 'taco Tuesdays' and kegs in the lunchroom, exchanging their loyalty for missed recitals and cold dinners. The times are changing; the hierarchies are falling.

Roll in the fact that Ai increases productivity and the tech niche isn't confident about how to support Ai, and we've got an El Nino, Jet Stream event. Or is it an ELE?

Reflecting on the sweeping changes brought about by Artificial Intelligence in the business world, I find myself deeply contemplating the broader implications of this revolution. Specifically, I see the embrace of AI, in tandem with the burgeoning work-from-anywhere movement, as a clarion call signaling a decisive shift away from traditional business hierarchies and performance metrics deeply rooted in 19th-century Taylorism.

To me, Taylorism, with its unwavering emphasis on efficiency achieved through rigid hierarchical structures and standardized performance indicators, feels increasingly anachronistic. The era it was born in is a stark contrast to our current technological landscape.

In my perspective, the integration of advanced technology into our work lives is not just altering the 'how' and 'where' of our work routines; it's fundamentally redefining the very ethos of our work culture.

The global pandemic, acting as a catalyst, has accelerated the work-from-anywhere movement, shattering long-standing conventions around office-centric work and fixed schedules. This seismic shift towards a more results-oriented and flexible work culture dovetails seamlessly with the capabilities of AI.
