We need to be taught HOW TO think instead of WHAT TO think.  Our current eductation system, from Kindergarten to higher ed, focusing on outputs more than the process.  We need to be taught to think critically.  AI will force out the old and stifling modes of rote education.  It will.

Meanwhile Apple is introducing something about AI and IBM illuminates an AI concept called retrieval-augmented generation or "RAG".  Get to know what it means and how it impacts the rest of your world.

How much water does it take to produce your one Ai prompt results? You had to know somebody, somewhere was going to calculate this and rain on the Ai parade.

Gotta love it.

We all know Ai impacts everything and corporate culture is square in the line of Ai sight. Ricoh has some ideas. We caution everyone to not view this time period through a lens from 1911. That world is dissipated. But for now, we will attempt to blend Ai into the culture. In the end, it is the other way around.

Predictions? Everybody's got some and Ai is no different. What is different about the business-world future is how Ai is changing the white-collar-clan this time. And this change is huge.

Yes, Ai is changing the way we all work. More importantly, Ai is re-engineering the way leaders lead and shifting the definition of leadership.
