Consider this and connect the dots: Ai trained in recognizing 'hate speech"; AKA, "biased against hate", finds your content offensive. Better yet, imagine an Ai charged with assisting in the enforcement of this law. Based on all your digital content, your online footprint, persona and essence, this Ai determines YOUR bias and propensity towards "hate" speech. Read that again. Next, because at it's core, LLMs are predictive, effectively 'imagining' the future, and based on your digital shadow (and the training), determines that given enough time, you will commit a hate crime as defined in this new, Scottish law. The Ai dispatches local authorities to your address BEFORE you have a chance to "stir up hatred". The circle or noose is being set, with the final connection days away. To summarize, in the voice of Jeff Goldbloom: "Man defines hate. Man creates Ai and LLMs that predict. Man outlaws hate. Man connects Ai to the World. Man trains Ai to recognize and act upon hate based on man's legal definitions." To mix movie metaphors, Ai/The Precogs, predict crime before it happens. Here is your Halo.
